About the league

Southampton District Tyro League provides football for U12, U13, U14 and U15 age groups.

Calendar

Our seasons generally start on the 1st weekend of September after the schools go back. In 26/27 season the first fixtures are held on September 6th.  County Cup games also commence on this weekend and so some League fixtures may be deferred to accommodate the cup.

The League season officially ends 31 May 2027.

The league will schedule fixtures throughout the season, however, we break for Christmas and Easter and therefore we don't scheduled fixtures for the following dates:

• 27th December 2026
• 3rd January 2027
• 28th March 2027

Formats

At U12 and U13 age groups, we play 9v9 games.  

U14 and U15 games play 11v11 formats

There are no central venues this season
